This was my first ever silks class. Jane and the staff were so welcoming. The other class attendees were further along than I was, but Jane took the time to spend time with each of us, adjusting the exercises based on our skill level. This is so much harder than it looks and I was making things more difficult by pressuring myself to get it all right, but Jane helped me chill out and get down some fundamentals. I can’t wait to go back!”
